Robert was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and went the extra mile by not only providing me with my VHS mini disk video footage on a USB stick, but installed the video memories of my dearly beloved late wife onto my laptop, iPhone and external hard drive. From the initial email, which was responded to promptly, our dealings with Robert Barnes Photography have been excellent. He answered all our questions.... And there were a lot and offered help even after the portfolio shoot.
Having the photo shoot take place in our own home ensured the whole process was comfortable.

He worked quickly and effectively and made very practical suggestions as to how our plans for the website might be improved. Since then he has made a video with voiceover for us, and he regularly updates our website for us, adding recent reports and keeping it relevant. He is always quick to respond to any request, is helpful, and provides a very valuable service to the charity.
